Let Us Tell You About This Home:
As you enter through the front door: The home offers spacious front to back living with wood floors  - charm and comfort abound!   The living room has a Flat Screen TV, there is WiFi throughout and the dining area has seating for 8. A perfect place to gather together and enjoy meals during your vacation. Through the living area is a galley kitchen that is fully equipped and has a door to lead you to the fenced in backyard.

This main floor has a hallway that leads you to Bedroom 2 and 3 which both have Queen Beds and there is a full bathroom #1 with tub/shower combo in the hall.

Head upstairs to the other two bedrooms and Bathroom #2 with a tub/shower combo in the hall that has just been completely renovated.  Bedroom 1 is considered the "master bedroom" and has a Queen bed with sitting area and a desk just in case you need a quiet space to do some work or just check emails.  Bedroom 4 has 3 twin beds.

Who doesn't love a good barbecue? And Fido can join you with a nice sized completely fenced in yard to run and play in! Outside you will also find the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, gas grill and outdoor furniture for your enjoyment.

The lower level basement has the washer/dryer and storage area for guest use (bring or rent bikes to explore the Cape!).

Please note that this home is on a main road and it can be tricky to exit the driveway.  Use turn around in driveway so you can exit safely.
