This home packs a lot into a little with bonus outdoor living space in the yard. It offers modern amenities packaged in the charm of a vacation cottage. Wifi to keep you connected, window AC units in the bedroom and den along with ceiling fan in the sunroom to keep you cool!

When we saw this Cape Cod Tiny House, it was love at first sight! The location is ideal - close to our favorite beach, Skaket, two blocks from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and a short walk (or bike) to Main Street. The yard is spacious and we never tire of identifying various birdsongs and watching the occasional turkey pass by. The console table in the sunroom has proven to be the ideal location for those times that we're working from home (although, be prepared to be distracted by the aforementioned turkeys!). And nothing beats starting (and/or ending) the day with an outdoor shower!
