Sit back and enjoy this homes large layout with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a beautiful inground pool and large grassy backyard. Just a short walk to the Shawme-Crowell state Forest - short ride to the Cape Cod Canal, and some of our favorite Sandwich restaurants

As you pull into the driveway you will notice that the sun hits this home so perfectly that it lights up the exterior and shines into the living room and bedrooms. Entering through the side door, into the kitchen you will be welcomed with views of the backyard and inground pool where your family can take in the Cape Cod breeze. Next to the pool is the deck that offers seating and a grill for guests to enjoy, sit back and relax after a fun day swimming. 

Entering the home you will be welcomed into the fully equipped open concept kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area where friends and family can gather. The dining area has a table that seats six guests with a large slider showing views of the grassy backyard and pool so guests can enjoy the inside and outside all in one! Next to the dining area is a small breakfast table with seating for 2, to have a more intimate dining experience. While dinner is being made, guests can enjoy the main living room off of the kitchen/dining and still keep the conversation flowing. 

Down the hallway on the main floor you will find:
Bedroom One- Two Double beds, AC unit, with laundry located in the closet. 
Bedroom Two- Double Bed with AC unit
Bedroom Three- Queen Bed with AC unit
Bathroom One- with a shower/tub combo

This home offers another large space upstairs including:
Bathroom 2 - Shower Stall
Second Living Space- Couch, Twin over Twin trundle bed, AC unit to cool, and a card table with views of the backyard/pool. 
Bedroom Four- Twin & Twin over Twin Trundle (3 Twin beds) (no door for this bedroom). 

This home is perfect for a family and friends to gather for a great stay on Cape Cod, enjoying the outdoor breeze, swimming in the pool, and relaxing. 

It is important to note, the pool is not heated and the AC units are exclusively in the bedrooms.
