Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels).

One floor living in this newly renovated home on cul-de-sac in a very desirable Harwich neighborhood.  Cathedral ceilings, skylights to let the sunlight in, enclosed sunroom, central A/C, WIFI and floor-to-ceiling fireplace are just the beginning in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home.  Just added stone patio makes the back yard a fantastic hang out spot as you prepare meals on the grill or wait for your turn in the outdoor shower.  Sea Pine Villa is only 1.1 miles to Red River Beach in Harwich, close to restaurants.

Let Us Tell You About This home:
Enter through front door as you pass sea grass and hydrangeas - Cape Cod's official flower!  You immediately notice the high ceilings and floor to ceiling fire place anchoring the living room.  Watch TV, read a book or chat with the cook in the kitchen - whatever you choose to do you will be doing it in style and comfort!  New L-shaped sectional, chairs and coffee table turn this open living room into a cozy, intimate space.

Just a few steps and you're in the open dining and kitchen area with sky lights to let the sunshine in.  Dining room will be able to seat 8 to 10 guests.  Kitchen has all you need - stainless steel appliances - fridge, stove and oven, dishwasher, lots of countertop space with a separate work area for preparing meals.

Check out the sunken sun room off of dining room.  Coastal decor and wicker furniture let you know that you are on the Cape!  Find some games, puzzles and cards in the bureau for family game night.  Again, high ceiling and sky lights give the room a very light and bright feeling.  The tile floor adds to the coolness of the room.

You will find sliders to back yard on one end and a door to the front yard to driveway area on the other end.  The sunroom also opens up to the garage where garbage, beach chairs, etc. are stored.  Garage also has a door to the back yard.

Open the sliders to the backyard where you'll appreciate the partial fence for privacy.  Large, mature trees with lots of Cape Cod birds greet you.  Recently completed deck and stone patio make this "the" spot to hang out it (updated photos to be added soon!).  The gas grill is perfect for casual bbq dinners - the newly updated outdoor shower is a Cape Cod must!  Don't forget the propane fire pit table for late night s'mores and ghost stories!

Back inside as you go toward the bedrooms you will find the washer and dryer in hallway closet.

Bathroom #1 - on right in hallway.  Full bathroom with Shower/tub combo, sink, vanity.
Bedroom #1 - King bedroom.  En Suite to Bathroom #2, full bathroom, tub/shower combo.
Bedroom #2 - Queen bedroom, closet, dresser and desk for remote learning and working if needed.
Bedroom #3 - Two twin beds for the kids

Basement is unfinished at this time.  Not for guest use.

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home! 
Max parking of cars at property: 3 - No parking on lawn anytime. 
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.
