A charming oceanside home with deeded access to the beach only 100 yards away!
This eclectic beach house is accented by high beamed ceilings, wood floors, and a wall of glass. No frills, just a great place to anchor for a carefree week by the sea.
The galley-style kitchen opens to a fabulous living/dining area. A perfect place for morning coffee, TV watching or relaxing evenings. The spacious Living Room with fun vintage decor is a great gathering space with glass sliders opening up to the large deck and beautiful yard. Relax on the Adirondack chairs or fire up the gas grill and watch the passing boats in the distance go by!
2 Bedrooms and 2 full Baths complete the interior, with full laundry facilities in the first bedroom. Located just before the Sagamore Bridge in Sagamore Beach area, so no bridges to cross!
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with dresser, TV, night stands, stackable washer/dryer and access to the deck
Bedroom 2: Full Bed with dresser and night stands.
Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with stall shower and sink.
Bathroom 2: Full w/ tub/shower
Spiral staircase from the living room leads you to the second floor loft: 4 twin beds. 2 twin beds and a twin trundle.
Beach access is about 100 yards from the property, off the deck head toward the street and you will see the "Private" sign along the path just after the green mailbox!

NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home!
Max parking of cars at property: 3 - No parking on lawn anytime.
