We love our Cape Cod Cottage (aka Whip O Will Woods), down the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the pitch pine woods of historic Harwich. After a busy day taking in all that Cape Cod has to offer, you can retreat to our pet-friendly sanctuary and sip a glass of your favorite beverage on the large screened porch and listen to the sounds of the whip-o-wills and the chickadees as the sun sets on another marvelous day.
Let Us Tell You About This Home:
You will enter through a side entry into an open eat-in kitchen that is sunny and bright. The dining table offers seating for 6.
Off the kitchen is a screened in sun-porch, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon sun. There's also a small porch that lets the breeze and the bird songs come through. Just off the porch around back, you will find the outdoor shower, a Cape Cod tradition. Great for rinsing off the sand and saltwater after a day well spent at the beach!
Beyond the kitchen is the living room with a Queen sleep sofa, a flat screen TV and free WiFi. Enjoy board games or even a puzzle on the large coffee table. Lots of comfy seating for all to relax and gather together. The gas fireplace is perfect for a chilly night as the summer season winds down.
Down the hallway are the 2 Bedrooms (both with newer beds), AC units, and a full bathroom with a shower. There is also a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Perfect for small families or two couples!
