The light and bright kitchen/dining area features granite counters, new appliances, built-ins, recessed lights, and Pergo tile floor.  The dining area seats 6 - perfect for breakfast before you spend the day exploring the Cape! 

Off the kitchen down a little hallway is a full bath with a tub/shower and also a stackable washer/dryer.

The open living area offers easy access to the sun porch with beachy, wicker furniture - a great place for an afternoon snack to take in the ocean breeze and watch the world go by.

The fireplace and wood floors set the tone for the living room with intimate furnishings and a flat screen TV for entertainment.  The small sitting area and office desk are perfect for those who still need to remote work or learn during vacation.  

The second level offers 3 bedrooms with wide wood floors and a full bath with a shower. Bedroom #1 has 2 Twin beds. Bedroom #2 also has 2 Twin beds and has a small flat screen TV. Bedroom #3 offers a Queen bed and a flat screen TV.
 

The garage has been set up as a fun game area with comfy seating, foosball table, and TV with DVD (Only).
