The Sandy Toes Cottage offers all of the best aspects of the Cape experience. We are just steps from great beaches, pool access, restaurants, bars, tennis courts, walking trails, yoga, ice cream, and more. When you're not out enjoying all that the area has to offer, savor the peace and quiet at the end of a private road with our outdoor fire pit and grill or snuggle up by the indoor fireplace for cozy nights. Sandy Toes can be found at the end of a quiet road lined with classic, beach-town cottages in Dennis Port. This traditional Cape Cod cottage has been seamlessly updated by Elder and Ash Design Studio to create a comfortable space with modern amenities all encased within original, glowing pine paneling.
Enter the warm and welcoming cottage to find an expansive open floorplan that allows for a vacation filled with memories of time spent together. The living room provides comfortable seating focused around a flat-screen TV that is mounted above the gas fireplace. Read a book in the daylight or cozy up for a movie at night - either activity is supported in this relaxing living space.
Past the living room, you find the conveniently open kitchen and dining space accented by sleek stainless steel appliances surrounded by a bright cobalt blue hue. There is seating for four at the dining table and proximity to the kitchen for easy access to anything you need during meals. Do as much or as little meal preparation as you desire - all can be efficiently performed in this space! If wanting to dine al fresco during your stay, there is a door leading to the outside patio with a dining table and seating for four.
Walking back toward the entry, you will find the two bedrooms and the bathroom conveniently next to each other on the other side of the home. Bedroom #1 offers a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV and remote work space so you can really make yourself at home. Bedroom #2 features two twin-sized beds and plenty of storage. Outside the home, you will find an on-demand gas firepit surrounded by seating for 4 located towards the front of the cottage between the parking area and the side patio.
