A walk for most to Cockle Cove Beach at the end of the street on the Nantucket Sound (0.6 mile)! Summer Oasis ... the name explains why we love this home!  We live on the West Coast and this home has been our secret summer getaway  - walking distance to the beach, the bike trail across the street, being near Rte. 28 making it easy to navigate the seasonal traffic ... our Summer Oasis. 

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
A walk for most to Cockle Cove Beach at the end of the street on the Nantucket Sound (0.6 mile)! Central air, WiFi, a screened in porch, 3 spacious bedrooms, and open concept living will make you feel comfortable and ready to relax! The bright, light kitchen with a breakfast bar lends to family gatherings and with the large table just off the kitchen and screened in porch you will surely enjoy dining together. The open floor plan offers a spacious living room along with a flat screen TV, this home has all the amenities to make your vacation perfect! Enjoy a large first floor master bedroom with Queen bed, flat screen TV, a desk (working area), and an en suite bath with a shower. There is also a first floor laundry area in the half bath for your convenience.

The second story delivers an additional living space for family and friends, 2 good sized bedrooms, a full bath, and a sitting area. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed along with a small pull out sofa (twin size) and Bedroom #3 has a comfy sitting area that leads to a private bedroom with 2 double beds. The media room is at the top of the stairs with the TV and keyboard. The sofa opens up to a comfy Queen bed. There is a full bath in the hallway with a tub/shower.

Spend warm summer nights on the 3 season porch and also out on the patio in the backyard. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water; a Cape Cod tradition! This home has a 2 car garage to store your bikes (the bike trail is just 0.3 mile from the house), beach chairs, etc.

Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included: Contains 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, a sponge, and a starter amount of bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. A few locally sourced snacks are included as well (subject to change based marketplace availability).
