First Floor features an open Living/Dining/Kitchen plan with access to outdoor deck, one Bedroom with a King and a full Bath. 2 additional Bedrooms ( one with King, one with Queen plus 3 Twins) and another full Bath complete the 2nd floor.
4 Minisplit AC/Heat wall units keep you comfortable in all seasons, located in Sunroom, Living Room, and both Bedrooms on the 2nd floor. First floor Bedroom has window AC unit.
