Just a short walk to the warm waters and gentle waves of Ridgevale beach – this home is perfectly nestled at the end of Soundview Avenue where the sights and sounds of the many birds will delight you. Watch from the spacious deck to see the heron, egrets and ducks coming and going through the inlet. The deck has easy access from the kitchen offering a gas barbecue grill – plenty of outdoor seating and 2 Umbrellas for shade.
The home has central air and ceiling fans throughout and WIFI to keep you connected. There is a living room with Flat Screen TV, Open kitchen, dining and wet bar, along with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and even offers both a Keurig coffee pot and a regular coffee pot.
