Comfortable Cape Cod home with an outdoor patio and a fire pit. Walk to a beautiful beach in 7 minutes – walk to town in 3. (Never get in your car!) The front faces a quiet cul-de-sac, perfect for bicycles or just a stroll. Recently updated landscaping for your enjoyment.
3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. There is one bedroom downstairs with 2 twin beds. On the first floor you will also find a full bathroom with a shower. On the second floor are the other 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 offers 1 Queen Bed. There is also a full bathroom off the hall with a tub and shower. A/C in Living area and upstairs bedrooms.
Washer and dryer are located in the basement.
There is an outdoor shower, the patio has table and chairs - lovely for outside dining, including an umbrella for especially sunny days . Be sure to enjoy the patio lights to extend the fun into the night hours.
The location is perfect for an evening stroll around the quiet neighborhood or treat yourself to an ice cream at Dairy Queen which is also a short walk away.
