New for 2021- A/C added to 1st & 2nd floors. Access to East Sandwich public beach is across the street, over the dunes, and then a short walk along the shore to the public beach area.

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for a $25 per night fee. A second dog can join with approval from owner at another $25 per night fee.
Max parking of cars at property: 3 - No parking on lawn anytime.
