Welcome to Cape Vista! I love this home because it feels like the best of all that Cape Cod has to offer - in a private neighborhood, close to Long Pond for swimming, water sports and a great kids beach, near larger ocean-side beaches and town amenities like restaurants, retail stores for shopping and fun family activities and within biking distance to The Cape Cod Bike Trail. It has it all!
Let Us Tell You About This Home:
As you enter through the lower level of this updated home (located just next to the outdoor shower), you walk right into a finished living area and wet bar; the perfect respite for the beginning or end of any stay. The living room includes multiple seating options, a flat-screen TV and family games to kick off the entertainment! The mini kitchen includes a fridge, counter and storage, where apps and libations can be served. Four high-back bar stools complete the space, offering a comfortable spot to watch that week’s sports highlights or family movie. There are two comfy couches - enough space for the gang! Bring out the blow up mattresses from the storage area for the kids that want to "camp out" all night in front of the TV - queen/full size good for 2 kids.
Just down the hall, past the stairs, is a full laundry room with washer, dryer and plenty of space to store folded clothes and extra beach towels. At the end of the hallway is the first bedroom, which includes a Queen bed and large closet. Head upstairs, past the front door and landing. At the top, to the right, is a hallway leading to two additional bedrooms and full bathrooms. To the right, is the first full bath with tub and shower and double sinks. Across the hall is bedroom two, which includes two twin beds, full closet and extra shelves – a great place to store books, toys or souvenirs from your Cape trip.
At the end of the hall, is bedroom three, the master ensuite with walk-in closet and sitting area. The bedroom, decorated in neutral tones, is a calming space and includes a King bed with gas fireplace. Attached is a large full bath with tiled, walk-in shower and double sink vanity. Off of the bathroom is a door leading into the closet, which includes a window seat and sizable built-ins and storage.
Back down the hallway, you enter into the main living area of the home. To the right is a large living room with a large sectional, flat-screen TV, and fireplace surrounded by floor to ceiling built-ins. Doors lead directly to the back deck, creating an ideal set-up for indoor/outdoor entertaining.
Facing the front of the home is the dining area, which seats 6 and opens up to the kitchen. Bright with a center island and two stools, the kitchen offers another great place to entertain, prep for a BBQ or pour a few cocktails.
The Cape Vista offers all the convenience and comfort you will need during your vacation. This home does have 2 kayaks. If you use the kayaks -please note use is at own risk. It is best to use the public access to bring the kayak (public town landing).

Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.
