10: Its History Makes Us Proud

Sandwich is the oldest settled town on Cape Cod, having been incorporated 150 years before the war that started our country on its way to independence in 1639. Life was harsh for settlers back then, as they faced a world with strange foods, cruel weather conditions, and hostile natives, (well, we WERE trying to take over their land) but on some levels we can’t help but think how cool it would have been to live here during those exciting times. The first Thanksgiving was held less than 20 miles away, the beaches would have been empty of tourists, and the night skies must have been stunning and impressive in the century before light pollution became a thing! Today, life does look different in Sandwich, but as you explore the Sandwich Glass Museum, visit the Hoxie House, and examine the historic gardens of the Heritage Museum and Gardens, you can catch a glimpse of those long departed days.

9: High Tea, Anyone?

We were settled by the British so it should be of no surprise that high tea is still a thing on Cape Cod and in Sandwich, The Dunbar House Tea Room & Wine Bar, located at 1 Water Street, has been a local staple for many years. Housed inside an 1800s carriage house, the Dunbar House has served many purposes over the years, but its current incarnation as a tea house and wine bar is most definitely our favorite, and we think you will enjoy it as well. For those not familiar with high tea, it originally started as a working-class meal served at high top tables and chairs, (hence the phrase high tea) but today tends to be a meal of light sandwiches, pastries, tea, and in London, you may even enjoy a glass of prosecco with your tea. The Dunbar House Tea Room is an ideal spot for bridal showers, baby showers, and any distinctly female celebration, but honestly, everyone enjoys their time here, especially when the chef offers his once a month 3- to 5-course wine dinners.

8: A Summer in Sandwich is Like Nothing You Have Ever Experienced

Although travelers visit year-round, (there is an idyllic charm to a Cape Cod winter) it is the summer months when Cape Cod, and more specifically, Sandwich, lives its best life. A Cape Cod vacation is something the world dreams about, and even if your adventures involve nothing more strenuous than hanging out at the beach, exploring local restaurants, and relaxing at home, the memories you will make here will be life changing; there’s nearly endless things to do in Sandwich, Cape Cod! Devouring an ice cream sandwich from Ice Cream Sandwich (yes, that’s its name and it is located at 66 MA-6A) on a hot summer’s day, walking hand in hand with your favorite human along the shoreline of Town Neck Beach, watching the sun fall into the sea, even exploring the authentic still working Dexter Grist Mill that has been open off and on since the 1600s—these are all adventures that on paper seem ordinary, even mundane, but when experienced will make memories that will last a lifetime. We do have to mention that the ice cream sandwich isn’t like any you have tasted before, offering two hand-sized cookies sandwiching large scoops of your favorite flavor of ice cream.

7: Sandwich Fest

Festivals are a great way to get to know the towns you are vacationing in a little bed, and when October rolls around, Sandwich Fest is one of our favorites! Located on Water Street and generally taking place the first Saturday in October, this amazing festival offers vendors selling arts and crafts, food trucks that offer and authentic taste of our town, and a beer and wine garden that will make you forget all about the other stuff we just mentioned. Also offering children’s activities and because we are quite comfortable in our name, a sandwich competition that is both delicious and tongue in cheek, this annual festival has become very popular with the locals and the tourists who stick around after summer ends. Visiting in October is always a great idea as most tourists have left and the town is easier to get around, lines at restaurants are smaller (or nonexistent) and the quiet nights help quiet all the noises in your brain.

6: The Best Place for Antiquing

In today’s world, we have reached a new level of appreciation for recycling and reusing, and the original recycling shops, antique stores, can also help paint a clearer picture of the history of our country and the world. Sandwich, having reached the grand old age of 385 years old, is known for the antique shops that dot its landscape, many filled with pieces that more than likely started their lives out within a few miles of the stores they are resting in today. The Sandwich Antique Center, located at 131 MA-6A and open every day of the week from 10 AM until 5 PM, features 5000 square feet of antiques from all over the world, including furniture, art, and home décor, has been voted best antique store on Cape Cod more than a few times during its twenty years of existence. L&E Antiques, located at 69 Main Street, is another popular antique store, featuring a fine selection of American antiques as well as pieces that come from all over the world.

5: The Glass Studio on Cape Cod, 470 MA-6A

Sandwich is known for its glass, and one of the best attractions in Sandwich, MA, Glass Studio on Cape Cod, has been offering beautiful examples for over 30 years. Showing off the art of glass blowing and selling some of the most creative glass pieces in the entire state, the owner’s most popular wares, Ocean Balls that are glass bubbles filled with sand from our beaches and tiny beach items, including starfish, shells, and even miniature versions of sand dollars, are destined to end up on a shelf in your own home. For winter visitors, however, the opportunity to see his largest works takes place over the Christmas holidays when he creates giant sculptures made of steel, concrete, and glass add glimmer and style to the holiday landscape of Sandwich.

4: Fishermen’s View Seafood Market & Restaurant, 20 Freezer Road

The best vacations are often remembered for the food enjoyed during our adventures and when you want an authentic taste of Sandwich (the town, not the handheld) Fishermen’s View Seafood Market & Restaurant is going to be our first suggestion. The market part of the restaurant is a fantastic place to shop for fresh seafood to enjoy in your New England Vacation Rentals Sandwich sanctuary and is open every day of the week from 8 AM until 6:15 PM. But if cooking for yourself is not something you care to partake in, the restaurant part will bring the best memories, offering a seafood laden menu that changes on a regular basis, and monthly special events that will spoil you for all other meals. Also offering a Sunday brunch menu that includes unusually delicious breakfast martinis, Fishermen’s View is a tradition for our families and is much loved by all who stop by.

3: Titcomb’s Bookshop, 432 MA-6A

Independent bookstores are a dying breed, but Titcomb’s Bookshop in Sandwich is thriving, something we want to continue to see for years to come. Offering author talks, book club meetings, musical nights, and of course, a gigantic selection of books, it has become a tradition for tourists to add this sweet shop to their vacation itineraries, coming into check out their selection of rare & used books, to purchase toys for the children in their traveling groups, and to simply hang out and enjoy being surrounded by stories told by others!

2: The Beaches of Sandwich

You can’t walk far on Cape Cod without ending up with your toes buried in the sand, and in Sandwich, Town Neck Beach is known for being THE beach to get your tan on. Parking or beach passes are required for all Sandwich beaches, with prices ranging from $20 daily to $105 for the entire season, but if you want to save a few bucks, choose one of our New England Vacation Rentals beachfront cottages and avoid the fees. Town Neck Beach is the perfect spot for swimming, relaxing, fishing, and watching the boats glide through the Cape Cod Canal, and although it is a very popular beach in the summertime, it is long enough that it will still be relatively easy to stake a claim on your own private segment of the sand.

1: Our Sandwich Vacation Rentals

A vacation home should be an integral part of your vacation experience and our Sandwich vacation rentals promise to take your getaway to the next level of perfection. Located everywhere you want to be, including on the pristine beaches of our Cape Cod town, we have listed some of the top reasons our homes are the most popular on the Cape.

Offering the Classic New England Experience

Although we do offer a few sleekly modern escapes, the large majority of our Sandwich escapes are classic New England cottages, featuring weathered shingles on their exteriors and original wood floors inside. Beds of hydrangeas often offer a splash of color in front and back yards, while charcoal grills are more often the popular choice of grills. Lobster pots are our favorite kitchen accessory and an American flag may be swaying in the breezes of the sea.

All the Comforts of Home

Comfort is key to a memorable Sandwich Cape Cod vacation, and if you have ever stayed in a vacation home with lumpy beds, hard sofas, and scratchy towels, you will appreciate the comforts found in our properties. Sink into the plush depths of a slip-covered sofa while surfing the channels of the state-of-the-art television mounted above the fireplace, slide between the silky soft linens that top our premium mattresses for a night of deep sleep and happy dreams, and when you wrap our towels around your slightly sunburned body, we can promise they won’t feel the slightest bit itchy!

Modern Conveniences Matter

A beach house on Cape Cod may not offer Sub-Zero refrigerators or Viking ranges, but the appliances found in our kitchens will always work the way they should, Wi-Fi will be fast and as glitch free as possible, and occasionally, a wine refrigerator will be tucked away under breakfast bars or center islands. New Englanders do prefer the simpler things in life, but that doesn’t mean we will skimp on the amenities; we understand that tired travelers do appreciate being spoiled and pampered and we enjoy being the ones who do the spoiling.

Every Day Will Be the Best Day in Sandwich

A vacation on Cape Cod has been on your bucket list for a very long time, probably since before your first child was born, and we realize the importance of our positions in your vacation dreams. Reserve your favorite Sandwich vacation rental today and discover all the ways your vacation dreams can come true while you rest, relax, and marvel over the perfection of your getaway!

Cape Cod is known for being America’s playground, offering beautiful beaches, charming homes, and a lifestyle that makes the world wish they could move here permanently, but it also offers a history that is rich and full. Located just miles from Plymouth Rock and growing up as our country matured, when you have a vacation on Cape Cod, you are literally walking in the footsteps of our nation’s heroes. Sandwich on Cape Cod, one of our favorite towns, is its oldest settled town, becoming incorporated in 1639 and providing a history that delves deeper in time; settled in 1637, this part of the Cape was occupied before they were burning witches in Salem, if you can believe that! And when your vacation journey brings you to Sandwich in the winter, a stay in one of our New England Vacation Rentals classic cottages will add comfort and modern conveniences to a getaway filled with fun, beauty, and a living history lesson that is entertaining and fulfilling. Settle in as we paint a day by day picture of adventures you will wish could continue on forever and joys that will take root in your soul!

Why Sandwich On Cape Cod Should Be Your Next Vacation Destination

The first day of vacation is always a complicated blend of excitement, worries, and exhaustion, as you begin to look forward to all that lies ahead, fear that you really don’t know your way around, and fight jet lag. Jet lag is usually harder to handle on your return to real life, especially if you preempt any major issues by immediately jumping in and adhering to the new time, so an early breakfast on day one is of utmost importance. Now, this is a winter getaway, and not all restaurants are open during the season, but for a hearty breakfast that will give you a head start on your adventures, Café Chew will never let you down! Located at 4 Merchants Road and open for breakfast and lunch every day of the week, their menu is filled with pancakes, classic breakfast dishes, and our personal favorite, their Pain D’Avignon Brioche, French toast made from brioche bread. Lingering over a second cup of coffee and perhaps stealing a piece of bacon from your kiddos still full plate, (too excited to eat, we are sure!) soon enough it will be time to venture out into the cold for the first of your Sandwich adventures!

This first day may be more about getting your bearings, getting to know the lie of the town, but we think it will also involve a trip to the beach, even as Jack Frost is breathing his icy breath down the neck of your winter coat. Cape Cod doesn’t get anywhere near as cold as the rest of Massachusetts, however, tucked away in a warmer spot, but depending on when you arrive, you may still be able to experience the thrill of exploring a snow-covered beach. Keep your cameras on hand as you approach, noticing how the snow gives the beach the appearance of those warmer ones in Florida, appearing to be white sand instead of icy crystals. And if you really want a treat, First Beach is our local dog beach, giving visitors the opportunity to check our furriest of residents, or if you are staying in one of our pet friendly escapes, providing sweet Sadie the opportunity to frolic as well!

The rest of this first day may consist of enjoying a steaming bowl of creamy clam chowder (New England style, of course!) at Captain’s Scotts, located at 71 Tupper Road, and maybe purchasing groceries to stock your kitchen at home. Lambert’s Farm Market, found at 271 Cotuit Road, provides farm fresh foods and a deli that is always stocked with delicious sandwiches.

A Step Back in Time

Now that you are acclimatized to the time change, you can perhaps sleep in a little later on day two, staying in for a home-cooked breakfast (those farm fresh eggs from Lambert’s are such a treat on a cold and snowy day, as is the fresh brewed coffee you can keep brewing in your fully equipped kitchen) before bundling up to explore places that have been in existence for centuries! The Hoxie House Museum, located at 18 Water Street, is billed as the Cape’s oldest still standing home, having been constructed in 1675. Built in the classic Saltbox style and remarkably occupied without electricity, plumbing, or HVAC until the 1950s, this stunning structure presents an authentic peek at what life on Cape Cod must have been like for those early settlers. (Tours are not offered in the winter months, but exploring the grounds where those early settlers once walked is still an experience you will never forget.)

After lunch at the Next Door Burger Bar, 8 Jarves Street, you might want to make sure you have your walking shoes on because as the snow continues to fall, you will be exploring the aisles of the Sandwich Antiques Center, 131 MA-6A. Offering 5000 square feet of items that have stood the test of time, this peek into the past can actually be brought home when you find a battered pewter candle holder that may have graced the tables of the original pilgrims or a colorful woven rug from the 19th century, that although it may be too large to carry home in your luggage, could quite possibly be shipped!

For those who are still full after their burgers at lunch, but are still seeking a light meal, tea at the Dunbar House Tea Room & Wine Bar is always a good idea, adding yet another touch of authenticity to your Sandwich escape into the past. Located in a 19th century carriage house, history surrounds every sip you take and every bite you savor, and high tea here closely resembles those enjoyed in the old country, something we are sure the original pilgrims missed very much in those early and much harsher days in Sandwich!

Your Wild Card of a Day

Day three can go in a lot of different directions, and as always, remember, these are just a few suggestions as to how to fill your winter hours in Sandwich! Depending on whether this is your last full day on the Cape or it’s the center point of a luxe and wonderful getaway, you may want to take today to seek out souvenirs to help you remember your time in paradise! Breakfast at Cape Cod Donuts, 66 MA-6A, sounds like a delicious idea, and so fortified with sugar and caffeine, it’s time to move on to the shopping phase of your vacation!

Stores with whimsical names such as The Spotted Cod (153 Main Street), Painted Daisies (679 Old King’s Highway), and Salty Girl Studios (130 MA-6A) are all open and waiting for you to peruse through their wares. The last shop also offers an online presence, so if you see something that is too large to carry home with you, be sure to visit online and snatch that wonderful prize right up!

Today may be a great day to sample a Massachusetts favorite, the lobster roll, and heading to Captain Scotts for lunch could be an excellent idea! For those who are leaving tomorrow, (We are so sad to see you go, but safe travels and be sure to visit again!) today is the perfect day for a road trip, heading out and about for the opportunity to see your first lighthouse in the wild and maybe take a family photo in front of your favorite, destined to grace the front of your annual Christmas card. There are 14 lighthouses on Cape Cod—16 if you count the 3 Sisters separately, but as they are so close together, we tend to stick with the number 14! Again, during this winter visit, there won’t be any tours open. but being able to pose in front of the most photographed lighthouse on Cape Cod, Nauset Light in Eastham, which is also the lighthouse on the bag of Cape Cod Potato Chips, or simply scanning the views available from where any of the lighthouses are perched, is a life experience you would kick yourself for missing.

Holiday Adventures

If your winter escape to the Cape takes place during the holidays, you are in for such a treat, extending far beyond a white Christmas! Greet each morning with a sunrise walk on the chilly beaches, perhaps noticing that as beautiful as Sandwich is all decked out for Christmas, its light show simply does not compare to Mother Nature. However, you will probably spend your days visiting the shops we mentioned earlier, shopping for gifts for family that reflect the beauty of Cape Cod, but it is the nights where this holiday comes to life! Watch the lighting of the littlest Christmas tree, something that generally takes place on the first Sunday in December at the Thornton Burgess Museum, or be prepared to have your breath taken away by the sight of the Giants of Sandwich, massive light displays created from twisted metal and rebar. The Sandwich Glass Museum often offers a Light up the World display. A visit to the Heritage Museum and Gardens provides a peaceful walk through their Gardens Aglow exhibit, which may also offer your kiddos the chance to meet Santa! He is generally stationed in the antique car building, offering hot cocoa with marshmallows and the ability to make Christmas all that more magical for your children! The Charles Dicken Dinner, held in mid-December at Dunbar House Tea Room & Wine Bar, sells out early, but if you make your reservations months in advance you can enjoy a four-course English dinner that would be the pride of the newly reformed Ebenezer Scrooge and his new friend Tiny Tim! Ending with the traditional plum pudding and also offering Christmas caroling, this event is destined to make your holidays shine brighter.

Christmas Part 2

Sandwich isn’t the only game in town, and although you may spend a majority of time exploring all it has to offer during your winter getaway, there are enough Christmas activities taking place all over Cape Cod to warrant a part two, making your 5th and possibly final day in our winter wonderland even more special.

The Yarmouth Port Christmas Stroll, held the first Sunday in December, offers trolley rides, live music, entertainment and treats that make the holiday that much sweeter and ends with a caroling ceremony on the Village Green, beginning at 4:15. That first weekend in December is a busy one, with Brewster offering its Holiday Windmill Lighting, and Harwich sponsoring a Holiday Market and Open House with special live performances and over 20 vendors exhibiting their wares for sale. Mashpee’s Season of Celebration and Annual Mashpee Chamber Christmas Parade takes place the second weekend in December, and the Holidays at Highfield begin the end of November, generally lasting through the second week of December. This fun event is held at the Highfield Hall & Gardens and offers spectacular decorations, crafting opportunities, even a model train setup that never ceases to impress! And finally, the Cape Symphony presents a holiday extravaganza in Dennis every year, offering a soulful exploration of your favorite Christmas songs.

As you drive through the dark night, lit only by stars and Christmas lights, back into Sandwich, perhaps seeking one last dinner before it is time to wake up, start packing, and return back to reality, a seafood dinner that reflects the taste of Cape Cod is our final suggestion. Fisherman’s View Seafood Market & Restaurant, located at 20 Freezer Road, provides varying menus of the freshest seafood in town and with its views of the seas an occasional live entertainment, this night will reach a Cape Cod magic of surprising proportions!

The Incredible Appeal of the Coastal Grandmother Style

At New England Vacation Rentals, we take time to make sure that our rentals across Cape Cod are places where guests can settle into the style and luxury they crave and deserve from the moment they arrive. Our homes that integrate the coastal grandmother style into their aesthetics are inevitably homes where travelers can indulge in a simultaneously relaxed and refined atmosphere! The beauty of the coastal grandmother style is often found in its inviting sense of duality. It’s a design approach that’s decidedly elevated, yet makes inhabitants feel they can relax in a casual space that truly feels like their own. Coastal grandmother style embodies a sense of laid-back luxury that’s very inviting but stops short of being overtly cozy.

How Our Rental Properties Integrate the Costal Grandmother Design Influence

The difference comes down to the details in our homes that feature coastal grandmother style across Cape Cod. Within our property options of this type, guests will often find clean lines and design focal points that are refreshingly minimal. The combination of decorative features used in these homes creates a welcoming space complete with nautical-inspired elements and plenty of eye-catching pillows and throws as well. Seaside elegance comes to life through the inclusion of high-end vintage pieces paired with blues and whites throughout. Gingham is often a defining feature of coastal grandmother style and can be integrated into accent chairs, blankets, or wall décor patterns. Sheer curtains paired with floral prints elevate the style even further! Beyond the aesthetics, our homes come with the undeniable benefit of providing a view and surrounding scenery that’s naturally a part of the coastal grandmother style. Guests are invited to relax in authentic Cape Cod comfort from the moment they step inside.

2 Stories of Amazing

Our Bucks Creek home really is built for families, and as you all climb up on the giant sectional in the living room for an evening of movie watching and popcorn or gather around the dining table to play the board games the owners have kindly supplied, your vacation dreams will begin to come true. This home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably, and multiple sitting areas (we counted at least three different spaces) allow for private time when multiple families are traveling together.

The sea that you can practically smell and hear from your backyard is reflected in the décor, in the cool grays, blues, and whites that can be found throughout the home, a painted wood lifesaver hanging over the sofa in one of the seating areas, and in other wall hangings that include starfish, anchors, and more. Check your work emails at the desk tucked away in the hallway, toss a few loads in the wash, and when it is time to play, sit out on the wood deck to watch the sunset or practice your cannonballs in the private pool. At night, when the sky lights up with the twinkling of a billion stars, sliding into oblivion comes easy in our bedroom retreats. Quiet, serene, and peaceful, only happy dreams will happen in these rooms—especially the master suite with soaking tub and personal fireplace!

The First Floor…

As the door shuts behind you with a resounding click, you survey the surroundings of your new home. You feel a light smile cross your face as you take in the clean, white walls decorated simply, yet eloquently. The main sitting area reminds you of something you may have seen in your own childhood home, though you must admit you never had such a large flat screen TV before. You run your hand along the cool, cream-colored sofa as you walk into the dining room which hosts a beautiful bay window that casts the white, wood table in golden natural light. You can already imagine you and your family sitting around, laughing, and sharing memories of times past as the smell of roasted meat and vegies fill the home.

You continue into the kitchen and feel your grin widen even more as you survey the stainless steal appliances and granite counter tops. You glance at the center island with its chairs neatly placed and already know your kids will be sat upon them, asking question upon question and you bounce between counters, cooking a feast for everyone to flaunt over and enjoy. You then notice the second living area, surprised slightly as you have never had two before. However, your eyes widen as you walk in, your gaze transfixed upon the large wall mounted TV which you already can tell will have a variety of movies playing upon its screen as the family snuggles up upon the deep blue couch. You have an instant desire to light the large fireplace as you can already imagine the cozy, welcoming feeling the home will have with its hearth lit a light. You cast a glance at the laundry room at the end of the hall, enjoying the relief knowing you won’t be wasting any time at the laundromat.

The Second Floor…

You make your way back to the front entrance and begin climb up the stairs, and soon find yourself upon the second landing with all four-bedroom doors open and eager for you to explore their depth. You walk into the first and nod your head in satisfaction at the large queen bed and flat screen TV, silently making a wager on who will win the fight to be able to call this room their own. You make your way to the bathroom with its tub/shower combo and must admit that the flairs of blue work perfectly to bring the calmness of the sea into this beautiful home.

You continue on, glancing into the second bedroom with its twin bunk beds and dresser, already knowing that your kids will be fighting over the honor of getting the top bunk, and make your way to the master bedroom, which makes your eyes grow wide and heart pound as you survey the enormous king bed and vaulted ceiling. You glance at the flat screen TV and know that you’ll greatly appreciate it when the sun has gone down, and you finally find yourself in peace and quite as you relax to a show in bed. You make your way to the en suite bathroom and, upon seeing the large, tiled walk-in shower feel the near irresistible urge to leap inside it and relax bellow the pounding of warm water. You quickly glance in the final bedroom with it’s queen and twin bed, before making your way back outside to explore the yard that you get to call yours.

The Outside…

You gaze out over the large, pristine green lawn that stretches out over your property, like some sort of lush fuzzy carpet. You make your way to the back and feel excitement rise within you as you gaze upon the firepit outside, complete with a circle of chairs. You smile to yourself as you imagine you all sitting around the blaze, marshmallows roasting as someone tell a joke, or perhaps a story from a time long since forgotten by most. As you turn to look back at the tall, beautiful place that you get to call a home, you can’t help but smile as daydreams begin to play within your mind as to the memories waiting to be made.

WCVB on Avoiding Scams

Just as we have to put a little more effort into dressing for a fancy occasion, sometimes we have to work a little harder to find the vacation home that fits our needs. There’s no sense in a honeymoon couple renting a 6-bedroom home and wasting all that extra space—not to mention the extra cost—and it makes even less sense for a family of five to squeeze into a 1-bedroom home. At New England Vacation Rentals, we offer a large selection of properties in all sizes; a little scrolling is all you will need to do to find the home that fits your family like a glove! Check out how our many home options can help you have the perfect New England vacation below.

Cozy and Intimate

Our 1-bedroom units are popular with a variety of demographics, offering young couples of all ages a romantic and intimate space in which to spend their vacation nights together. Whether you’re scrambling up eggs in the fully equipped kitchen or cuddling in front of the television watching your favorite shows, your Cape Cod getaway is guaranteed to be one that has it all! And because sometimes even couples that are most in love need some “space,” choosing one of our 2-bedroom rentals still offers financial savings but gives more space to spread out; using the second bedroom as an office is a popular option for those who just can’t manage to stay away from the workplace for more than a day or two!

Your Family Needs More Room

Growing families, college friends, and siblings vacationing together as adults for the first time may find our 3- and 4-bedroom homes more to their liking. Located close to the activities you all agree you want to try, these homes offer spacious public areas, kitchens with enough room for multiple cooks, living areas with fireplaces, and private areas to retreat to at the end of the day. Sisters know the buttons to push, no matter how old we get, so having your own space is important, and being able to choose when you want to spend time with yours is a priceless vacation rental option!

The More the Merrier on Your New England Vacation

Our larger homes work for family reunions, destination weddings, or for any large and boisterous family! Offering anywhere from 5 to 9 bedrooms and in many cases 5 or 6 bathrooms to help lessen morning traffic jams, these homes were designed for laughter and fun. Enjoy the benefits of spacious kitchens, generously sized living areas, and large backyards with barbecue grills and multiple places to sit and enjoy another perfect Cape Cod sunset. Some even come with private pools, allowing occupants to continue the good times with pool parties and private tanning sessions!

We Have the Home You Need

Gone are the days when vacation accommodations offered nothing more than a clean and safe place to rest our heads at the end of a long day of sightseeing; today’s travelers want a complete vacation experience from the moment they step through the door of one of our Cape Cod vacation rentals. We get that, and we stay ahead of other companies by providing our guests with the extras they desire. When you choose one of our New England Vacation Rentals properties, you’ll soon discover why you will never want to stay anywhere else! Offering luxuries with a classic Cape Cod twist, your vacation will be one to be remembered for years to come when you stay with us.

Luxuries Both Large and Small in Our Cape Cod Vacation Rentals

Sometimes it’s the smallest luxuries that offer the largest impact: starter kits that come with paper towels, laundry soap, and dish soap to help keep your place clean during your stay; free Wi-Fi that lets you stay updated with your social media accounts; and barbecue grills for cooking up the catch of the day. Would your vacation be ok without these small items? Of course it would, but isn’t it nice to not have to think about or worry about buying that supersized laundry soap when you do laundry because you packed light?

Our fully equipped kitchens offer not just dishes and pots and pans, but coffee makers to ensure your morning starts right, microwaves for re-heating leftovers, and in many of our properties, even a corkscrew and bottle opener. Cable television means you won’t have to miss the big game, while outdoor furniture allows you to sit on the patios and balconies and enjoy the sun setting over the horizon. For those who expect a little more from their vacation homes, some even come with pools in the backyard!

The list of amenities found in our Cape Cod vacation rentals vary from property to property, but everyone of the homes share one common trait: all are designed to make today’s travelers feel comfortable and treasured!

Enjoy a Warm and Welcoming Cape Cod Getaway

Another common amenity many of our Cape Cod vacation rentals share is a fireplace. Nights on Cape Cod can get chilly, and a roaring fire is the best way to stay warm. Reserve one of our classic homes today and try to decide which amenity is your favorite!
