After Hours Emergencies: If it is an after hours “Serious Emergency” —Just call us at 508-432-0900. Dial “0” for our emergency service- you will be connected with an operator. If your smoke detectors are going off, please call 911 and have the fire department come and check things out, better to be safe and let them handle the situation. Please note that after hour emergencies ONLY are handled based on level of importance. Calls that are not deemed as a “Serious Emergency” will be handled during business hours. Internet is not considered an emergency.
Cleaner information for your home has been provided in your check information and is on the “fridge letter” at your rental home. You can contact your cleaner directly with any questions or issues.
Please do not email us for after hour emergencies. All emails will be answered the next business day during regular office hours.
