Located on the second floor of the newly constructed Harwichport Village Landing, Village Perch spans the full width of the building and has been thoughtfully designed to blend modern luxury with effortless coastal living. Please note that all units are accessed by stairs, as there is no elevator. After parking, you'll enter through the door on the left side of the building, which leads to a private interior hallway. From there, a staircase shared with one neighboring residence leads to the second-floor landing, where you'll find your own private entrance to Unit 202.

Inside, you'll immediately appreciate the bright, open-concept layout and upscale finishes found throughout the home.
