Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels)

Welcome to Cape Cod living in this one-of-a-kind vintage waterfront property located on Buzzards Bay. This property comes with its own private beach just steps off the back deck and amazing water views. Superb location, close to Grey Gables Market, the famous Lobster Trap Restaurant, and ice cream!

This cottage has been part of our family for four generations. It is a place where lifelong memories are made, where laughter is heard above the sound of the surf, fellowship is a focus and good food abounds. Whether it is sitting on the beach reading a book, watching the litany of amazing boats pass by, dipping a hook, clamming, riding a bike along the canal, having an ice cream treat from the Whistle Stop or simply watching the sunset with your favorite libation, there is no better place to be. Waterfront vintage beach house located right on Buzzards Bay. Spacious home with two levels, large common areas, and a private beach. Amazing views of Buzzards Bay! This home is a great spot to start making those family memories.
Two bedrooms, including a master's with a private bath, are located on the first floor. The kitchen, dining area, large open living room, and laundry area complete the first floor level.
The living room has a mini split to keep you cool and a TV to keep you entertained.
The stairs off the kitchen will bring you to the second level. When you arrive at the top you are greeted with spectacular views of the water and your own private beach. This open space offers a bedroom, large sitting area and a bathroom. There is also a small kitchenet if you want a late night snack without heading down to the main kitchen. Another mini split and a second TV are also located on the second floor.
You will love the large deck that overlooks the beautiful private beach! You can sit outside and enjoy a cookout on the gas grill, watching the sunset on the water.

With all NEVR properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Our Guest Welcome Bag, compliments of the homeowner, contains starter quantities of kitchen and bathroom essentials, with a few locally sourced snacks as well (subject to change based marketplace availability).

NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 4- No parking on lawn anytime.
- Our calendars are updated in real-time and are accurate.
- Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure.
- State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
- For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto-billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa for payments.
- A confirmed reservation is non-refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
- ***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at the time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
- You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.
