Set within the newly constructed Harwichport Village Landing, Salt & Sand spans the full width of the building and features one of the most spacious and private layouts in the collection. Please note that all units are accessed by stairs, as there is no elevator. After parking, you'll enter through the back door located near the center of the building. This entrance opens into a shared interior hallway serving three residences, with a staircase leading to a private landing where each unit has its own separate entry, including Salt & Sand.

Inside, the home feels calm, bright, and intentionally elevated, with clean coastal finishes and an open layout that emphasizes comfort over clutter. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with a large center island, GE Café Series stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and ample prep space, ideal for everything from slow morning coffee to relaxed evening meals at home.
