Unwind on the shared patio, featuring Adirondack chairs and a Solo Stove fire pit—the ideal spot for cozy evenings under the stars. For those traveling with pets, there’s also a convenient enclosed dog area—perfect for letting your furry friends stretch their legs safely. Centrally located in Eastham, you’ll have quick access to the Cape Cod National Seashore, bay and ocean beaches, local restaurants, and scenic bike trails.

Nestled on the front left side of the property, just steps from the kayaks, Pilot House perfectly blends classic coastal appeal with cozy comfort. This dog-friendly cottage offers a peaceful retreat where you can unwind and savor life’s quieter moments — whether you’re soaking in the tranquil water views or curling up with a book on the private deck.

Step inside to the welcoming living room, featuring a working gas fireplace that provides extra warmth and cozy ambiance no matter the season — an ideal spot to relax after a day exploring the Cape. Off the living space are two comfortable bedrooms — one with a queen-size bed and the other featuring two twins — plus a full bathroom with a convenient stall shower.
