Located on the second floor of the newly constructed Harwichport Village Landing, First Light spans the full width of the building and offers a bright, open layout designed with comfort and style in mind. Please note that all units are accessed by stairs, as there is no elevator. After parking, you'll access Unit 201 via the staircase located on the left side of the building, which is shared with one neighboring residence before leading to your own private entrance. From your private front-facing deck overlooking Route 28, you'll have a front-row seat to the vibrant energy of Harwich Port while still enjoying your own private retreat.

Step inside to discover a beautifully appointed interior featuring coastal-inspired finishes, central air conditioning, and brand-new furnishings throughout.
