Fantastic views of Cape Cod Bay from both inside & outside of this updated beach cottage. Relax in either the sun or shade on the wrap-around deck, complete with outdoor furniture and gas grill. The interior features an open concept in the Living/Dining/Kitchen area. Beautiful Kitchen with granite counter tops, custom cabinets, stainless appliances and Keurig coffee system.

Enjoy one floor living, with all 3 Bedrooms and Bath (with laundry) off the main hallway. New furnishings throughout the cottage, including hypoallergenic mattresses with extra support and comfort.

Great electronics, w/LCD TV & DVD in Bedrooms, and 47" LCD HDTV in the LR. Enjoy a rainy day movie with FREE streaming services, or bring your own to play on the the Blu-ray. Stream your music over the whole house sound system, hardwire internet in all rooms and WIFI.

Central AC, RO water filtration system, and even outdoor shower lighting for a late night swim and rinse!

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home!
