Dawn, General Manager

After a successful career in marketing in Connecticut, Dawn moved to Cape Cod in 2015, drawn by a lifelong love of the area and a dream of starting a new chapter by the sea. She found her calling in vacation rental management, joining NEVR in 2018 as an Operations Coordinator. With a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of the business, she quickly became a key leader, playing a major role in the integration of Beach Realty and NEVR and stepping into the role of General Manager in 2023.

Dawn’s connection to Cape Cod goes back over 30 years of family vacations at Seaside Cottages — a property she now proudly helps manage. On weekends, she enjoys quiet mornings at the beach and collecting sea glass, and she often recommends Fritz Glass in Dennis Port as a must-see local gem.

Lauren, Director of Business Development

Lauren brings a blend of strategic thinking and deep local knowledge to her role at NEVR. Originally from Cape Cod, she began her hospitality career in Texas before returning home in 2016 to help local businesses grow. Since 2018, she’s focused on vacation rental development across the Cape, working closely with homeowners to maximize their investments while maintaining the charm of their properties. In 2024, she became a licensed Realtor, expanding her ability to support clients through both rentals and real estate.

Lauren is a go-to for Cape recommendations — from her favorite sandwich spot, Sam’s Deli in Eastham, to hidden local parks and beaches like Chapin’s Beach in Dennis she’s known since childhood.

Kells, Director of Operations

Kells began her career in the vacation rental industry in 2008 as a house cleaner with Beach Realty. During her summers home from college, she took on a variety of roles—including reservationist and runner—gaining hands-on experience across the business. After earning her MBA in 2018, she briefly shifted paths to coach collegiate lacrosse before returning to Cape Cod and the industry she loves.

In 2021, she played a key role in the transition from Beach Realty to New England Vacation Rentals and has remained an integral part of the team. With over 15 years of experience, Kells has built strong connections with local homeowners and the Cape community.

Born and raised in Sandwich, she enjoys taking her Jeep to Sandy Neck with friends and family—though nothing beats Mayflower Beach at low tide.

Jim, Director of Property Management

A lifelong love of the ocean and yachting led Jim to a successful career in marina management in Connecticut and Maryland. After retiring from the industry, he found a natural transition into property management on Cape Cod with New England Vacation Rentals. With his background in luxury hospitality, caring for owners’ properties and assisting guests feels like second nature.

Jim has flown kites on nearly every beach across the Cape. He especially enjoys watching the surf crash along the shore during stormy days, captivated by the power of the sea.

Kristin, Client Specialist

Kristin has called Cape Cod home for more than 35 years and brings a warm, thoughtful approach to her role at NEVR. She began working with Beach Realty in 2017 after a successful career helping local families buy, sell, and rent homes across the Cape. Following the transition to NEVR, she remained a valued member of the Guest Experience team, offering knowledgeable, responsive support to both homeowners and guests.

Kristin lives in downtown Sandwich and enjoys walking her dog to the Boardwalk, grabbing coffee from Snowy Owl, and browsing antique shops for home décor inspiration.

Renee, Owner Relations Manager

Renee moved to Cape Cod at age 12 and has been involved in hospitality ever since. With a background in hotel and business management, she brings a professional yet personal touch to her work with homeowners. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to service make her a trusted resource in the Owner Relations department.

She enjoys quiet evenings on the beach — especially at sunset — and finds inspiration in the everyday beauty of Cape Cod life.

Katie, Owner Relations Coordinator

Katie joined NEVR after relocating from New York to Cape Cod, where she quickly fell in love with the area’s lifestyle and tight-knit community. With a background in marketing and a passion for clear communication, she supports homeowners with a fresh perspective and a detail-oriented mindset.

She lives near The Daily Brew in North Falmouth — one of her favorite local spots — and enjoys starting her mornings there before heading out to explore more of the Cape.

Sam, Seaside Cottages Guest Experience

Sam recently moved to Cape Cod from Western Massachusetts and quickly became an essential part of the Seaside Cottages team. Whether she’s answering guest calls, preparing cottages, or welcoming arrivals at the front desk, she brings energy, creativity, and a genuine enthusiasm for Cape hospitality.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys attending Cape Cod Baseball League games, exploring the Yarmouth Sand Sculpture Trail, and discovering small local stores and businesses along the way.

Suz, Guest Experience Coordinator

Originally from Massachusetts, Suz made Cape Cod her permanent home in 2010 and brings a diverse background in timeshare management and human services to her role at NEVR. Known for her friendly, approachable style, she helps guests feel right at home while sharing her deep appreciation for the Cape.

In her free time, she enjoys beach walks in the off-season, exploring local trails, and discovering new spots for great food — her favorites include Mike’s Pizza in Hyannis and Anejo in Hyannis for tacos and margaritas.

Lexi, Seaside Cottages Manager

Lexi grew up vacationing on Cape Cod and now manages one of its most iconic properties — Seaside Cottages in South Yarmouth. Before joining NEVR, she spent nearly a decade in emergency services as an EMT and dispatcher, bringing calm under pressure and strong organizational skills to her new career in hospitality.

Lexi loves starting her day with a coffee from Fox Harbor in West Dennis and exploring surf shops around the Cape — favorites include Pump House in Orleans and Boarding House in Hyannis.
