This year, the 38th rendition of the festival will take place from May 3 to May 5, culminating with an indoor concert at Brewster Baptist Church. Come witness vendors exhibiting various crafts in an open-air arts and crafts show or participate in the 5K run or walk. Additionally, there’s a lawn display contest and a kids’ festival where little ones enjoy kid-friendly activities.

Theresa boasts over 15 years of experience in the space, making her pieces a must-see on Cape Cod.

Sunday Brunch at Wequassett Resort

Here are some of our favorite spring outdoor activities on Cape Cod for you to enjoy during your stay in paradise!

Sunrise Walks on the Beach

Some of our best thinking comes in the early morning hours as we walk along a beach waiting for the sun to rise. But of course, all thinking stops as the sun begins to rise, bathing steely gray waters and tan beaches in a warm mellow glow. Chatham Lighthouse Beach, Nauset Light Beach in Eastham, and Harding’s Beach (also in Chatham) offer some of the more scenic walks, but any beach near your New England Vacation Rentals escape will do as well!

Brewster in Bloom

Early May is the time for this special festival that celebrates all the promises that spring offers. Brewster in Bloom lasts for three days and features food, fun, drinks, music, and flowers! Travelers with children will discover that the Kid’s Fest at Drummer Boy Park may just end up being the highlight of their entire trip! Entry is free, but you will need money for purchasing food, drinks, and souvenirs!

Watch the Whales

Springtime is the start of the best whale watching season on Cape Cod, and many charter companies offer whale watching tours for the adventure of a lifetime! There is no greater adventure than catching sight of these magnificent mammals’ bodies breaking through the waves. For those of you who are staying in one of our Harwich homes, Down Cape Charters and Rentals offers a private three-hour tour for $600 for a maximum of six guests!

Bike Ride Across Cape Cod

See the Cape from the seat of a bike you’ve rented from one of the many bike rental companies in the area. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is the most popular bike trail, running through six towns and 22 miles.
