During peak summer weeks, our properties typically require a 7-night stay, either Friday-Friday or Saturday-Saturday, but if you have unique dates please reach out to our Reservation Specialist. Most of our homes offer a 3-night stay minimum in the off-season.

Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels)

I love our quiet, secluded side street and yet we are so close to everything in Chatham. I love that we can head out the front door and walk or bike to so many places. We like to stroll to the end of Vineyard Avenue for a beautiful view of Oyster Pond or walk through the quiet neighborhood with gorgeous marsh views down to Hardings Beach or Barn Hill Town Landing. Wonderful restaurants and coffee are available in the “Cornfield” area just a quick walk or drive away. I hope you enjoy our Chatham home as much as we do. Welcome to The Way Home! 

Let Us Tell You About This Home:

Enter this stunning home from the front door.   This newly refreshed home keeps the charm of Old Cape Cod with beautiful hardwood floors on both levels.  The hues of blues and whites throughout the home create a calm, coastal feel - you can't help but let out a sigh and say "I Am Home". 

The living room is decorated in crisp shades of white, quiet blues and a touch of the hues of sand.  Want to lounge around? - take your pick of a couch, love seat and comfy chair. The white-washed fireplace is the showcase of this room with a large flat screen TV mounted above.  The home is equipped with SmartTVs that will allow you to stream all of your favorite programs so be sure to bring your passwords.  Local channels (including NESN for Red Sox Games) are provided to guests through FuboTV. 

The dining area with table that seats six is to the rear of the living room and adjacent to the brand NEW kitchen that was completely redone. Decorated in shades of white with wooden open shelving that off sets the subway tiles and white quartz counter top, the kitchen boasts all new stainless appliances, dishwasher and gas stove.  The microwave is located in the hallway pantry closet where you will also find the recycling bin and vacation essentials like a blender and lobster pot. The breakfast nook with small table for four overlooks the beautiful back yard and is the perfect place to start your day.

Leaving the kitchen nook, the door to the left leads to the backyard where the grill and outdoor shower are located.  To the right is a small screened in porch with two large comfy chairs that leads to the deck with outdoor seating and table to enjoy al fresco dining.

Head down the hallway to find:

Bathroom #1 is a full bath with a shower/tub combo

Bedroom #1 has twin bunks beds, nightstand, chair and closet.

Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, with night stands, dresser, closet, and flat screen TV.

Head upstairs to find: 

Bedroom #3 on the left with two Queen platform style beds, night stand, closet, and dresser

Bedroom #4 Queen bed, night stands, dresser.  As there is no closet in this room, we have provided clothing hooks behind the door

Bathroom #2- Full with stand up shower stall

You will find the washer / dryer in the basement.

Consider the large yard "the place to be" for cornhole,  catching fireflies and other yard games you'll find stored in the garage like a ladder ball set and croquet! 

"The Way Home" is just a short distance to the end of Vineyard Avenue where you can put in a kayak, canoe or paddle board at the small landing beach area for the Oyster Pond and River.  Feel free to bring your watercraft from home or ask our Reservation Specialist about renting locally.  It's so convenient to access this launching area from the home and the property allows for plenty of storage and space to store these items.  

The calming feeling this home fills you with will always bring you back to The Way Home.
