Enter through the front door and turn left into the comfortable living room, featuring plenty of seating, hardwood floors, and a large Smart TV mounted above the mantel. A window seat provides additional seating and a cozy spot to curl up with a book.

To the right of the entry is the open-concept dining area and updated kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats eight, while the kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a small island with seating for two.

Just off the kitchen, step outside onto the deck overlooking the private backyard and landscaped grounds. With outdoor seating and plenty of space to relax, it is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day. Birds and rabbits are frequent visitors to the property. A convenient half bathroom completes the main level.

Head upstairs to find two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The walkout lower level opens directly to the patio and large private backyard. Fire up the gas grill for dinner or gather around the outdoor dining table with seating for five while enjoying the surrounding grounds. The expansive yard offers plenty of room for kids to run and play.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the custom-built outdoor shower, complete with a pitched roof and high open windows that provide privacy while letting in the surrounding greenery.
