About Sundancer
Sundancer is a spacious studio cottage that comfortably accommodates up to four guests. It features a king-sized bed and two twin beds, offering a flexible sleeping arrangement for families or friends.  This is the only cottage with bunk beds for kids or adults!  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a stove, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary utensils. Cozy furnishings, a charming decor, and a fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the Smart TV provides entertainment for your downtime. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

Prime Location & Exclusive Beach Access
Sundancer is less than a 150 foot walk to a private beach along the stunning Nantucket Sound. Spend your days lounging by the water in beach chairs, or enjoy a meal with a view at the shared BBQ area with a charcoal grill. With private beach access, you can easily enjoy the sun, sand, and sea right outside your door, while the serene pine grove setting provides a peaceful backdrop for your vacation.

Located in the heart of Cape Cod, Seascape Cottage is close to everything you’ll want to see and do! Head to nearby ferries for a day trip to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard, enjoy whale-watching or deep-sea fishing, or explore local movie theaters, mini golf, shopping, and museums. For those seeking natural beauty, the area’s scenic parks, beaches, and historic lighthouses are just a short drive away.

A shared charcoal grill and picnic table area create a welcoming space for outdoor meals and gatherings. These cottages do not offer air conditioning, however, every cottage provides fans for cooling.
Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4 pm, check-out by 10 am
Rules: Must be 25+ to rent, non-smoking, and please bring your own beach towels
