Popie’s Place is a delightful studio cottage featuring a queen bed and a full sofa bed, accommodating up to 3 guests comfortably. The cottage includes a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, toaster, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals. A cozy living area with a Smart TV provides the perfect spot to unwind after a day of fun. The cottage also has a full bathroom with linens and towels provided for your convenience.

Ranging from cozy studios to spacious three-bedroom cottages, these delightful retreats are nestled along the shores of Nantucket Sound in South Yarmouth. Guests enjoy exclusive access to a private beach, where soft sand and gentle waves provide the ultimate relaxation. A shared charcoal grill and picnic table area create a welcoming space for outdoor meals and gatherings. These cottages do not offer air conditioning, however, every cottage provides fans for cooling.
Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4 pm, check-out by 10 am
Rules: Must be 25+ to rent, non-smoking, and please bring your own beach towels
