Welcome to Nana’s Nest, a spacious coastal retreat in the desirable Town Neck neighborhood of Sandwich, MA! This beautifully updated home offers stunning views of Town Neck Beach from the inviting front porch and an even more impressive vantage point from the second-floor deck.

Step inside and you’ll be welcomed by a spacious first-floor living room, providing a comfortable spot to relax after a day at the beach. Three of the home’s four bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor, along with the laundry room. The home features central air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms for added comfort throughout your stay.

Upstairs, you’ll find a convenient half bathroom at the top of the stairs before entering the bright, open-concept main living area. The living room flows into the modern,
updated kitchen and dining area, making this the perfect space for everyone to gather.

The kitchen features a large island with seating, ample counter space, and a dining area with seating for four. A separate pantry offers a coffee bar area that includes a second sink, creating a convenient space for morning coffee, snacks, and drinks.

The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor and offers the added privacy of its own ensuite bathroom.

Step outside to enjoy stunning views of Town Neck Beach while relaxing in the lounge seating or dining al fresco at one of the two outdoor dining tables. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee, soaking up the sunshine, or winding down in the evening, this deck is the perfect place to take in the coastal scenery.

After a day spent at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower before settling back in.
