Welcome to Harwichport Village Landing – Harbor Loft, Unit 204! Enjoy a bright and elevated coastal escape in this brand-new luxury residence designed for relaxed mornings, golden-hour views, and effortless Cape Cod living. Perfectly located just a short two-minute stroll from Bank Street Beach, Harbor Loft offers a more tranquil, sunrise-facing perspective of Harwich Port, close enough to walk to everything, yet tucked away with a calm, airy feel above the village.

Located on the second floor of Harwichport Village Landing, Harbor Loft is a thoughtfully designed end-style residence with a more intimate footprint and a beautifully light-filled layout. Please note that all units are accessed by stairs, as there is no elevator. After parking, you'll access the unit through the back entrance located toward the center of the building. This door opens into a shared interior hallway serving three residences, with a staircase leading up to private entrances for each unit, including Unit 204.

Inside, the home feels open, fresh, and coastal-modern, with a design that emphasizes natural light and simplicity.
