Welcome to “Don’t Think Twice”. We visited our new home by chance on an unplanned visit to the cape last Fall. With no serious intent on a purchase, we loved our little private cul-de-sac, but what sealed the deal was our less than 1 mile walk down Deep Hole Rd to our Red River Beach where we watched a beautiful sunset as our chocolate lab bound into and out of the waves. The beach is open off season to pets. And on peak season, Jack Knife Beach, a very short drive away, is open to dogs before 9AM and after 6PM. Brewster dog park is a marvelous contained area to watch them play. We are a very short distance from the Nantucket Ferry next to Brax Landing Restaurant’s famous lobster rolls as well as the Cape Cod Bike Trail and Thompson’s Field Conservation Fields. Over the past few months, we have totally refurbished our home, and if not relaxing watching tv in our living room, or grilling on our patio surrounded by pines and boulders, are getting perhaps a bit too competitive playing ping pong in our totally new redone first floor tv rec room. This is our first experience as a renter and as we continue to customize our new home for ourselves, we can’t wait to share our home, the fresh pines and the black star filled skies, local restaurants, and sea cost with our guests.

Located on a quaint cul de sac, this home offers plenty of room for everyone (pups included!) and proximity to all the Cape has to offer. After parking in one of two driveways, you enter the home to find yourself in the open floorplan of the main level. Comfortable seating abounds in the living room which features a fireplace and large flat-screen TV. The adjacent dining room offers seating for eight at the dining table as well as three counter stools at the nearby kitchen island. Meal preparation and service won't keep you from the fun as this open space keeps everyone connected! Additional dining space is also available through the sliding glass doors on the patio. Dine al fresco in the private backyard accented by a stone wall and surrounded by local flora.
The remainder of the main living level offers a half bathroom with a full-sized washer/dryer (Bathroom #2) as well as a spacious primary suite (Bedroom #1) with a king-sized bed, large flat screen TV, full ensuite bathroom (#1) with double vanity and tub/shower combination. This arrangement allows one-level living for those who may need it, further facilitating the ease of your family vacation.
The lower level of this home provides ample space for group recreation - whether that is watching a movie on the large flat screen TV, exercising in the adjoining room or a lively game of ping pong on the table. Everyone can join in or this space can provide solace for any who may need a quiet space to relax. There is also additional sleeping space found in the sofa bed in this room.
Ascending to the upper level, you will first see a sitting area tucked away outside of the three additional bedrooms. There is one Queen sized bedroom (#2), one King sized bedroom (#3) and a third bedroom (#4) featuring a Twin over Twin bunk bed with two additional freestanding Twin sized beds. In the bunk room you will also find a remote workspace tucked into the large closet that runs the width of the room. In the hallway, there is a full bathroom (#3) that is shared by the upper level bedrooms.
