Lovely private yard with table & chairs and off-street parking located behind the cottage. Interior consists of a Kitchen with Dining table, Living Room with TV, separate Master Bedroom and a spacious porch with a Trundle bed (2 Twins) that functions as the 2nd Bedroom.
Hardwood floors & pine paneling in Living Room and eat-in Kitchen lend a classic cottage feel to this basic and affordable getaway. One AC unit in the Living Room.
This property has NO HEAT.
This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home!
