This exclusive collection will feature five high-end vacation rental units, ideally located just 0.03 miles from Bank Street Beach—an easy two-minute walk. The units overlook the lively summer scene offering a front-row seat to downtown Harwichport’s seasonal charm.  All residences are located on the second floor above mixed retail and a restaurant, accessible via a stairway leading to a shared landing. Each unit will have its own private entrance.  

Small dogs are welcome, making these units pet-friendly for guests traveling with their furry companions. Attending a wedding or event at the Wychmere Beach Club? These private apartments with full amenities are just two minutes away, making them an ideal and convenient retreat.

We are now accepting pre-booking reservations for stays beginning Memorial Day 2026. Early inquiries are encouraged, as availability during peak summer weeks is expected to be limited.

• Peak summer weeks: 7-night minimum stay required
• Nightly rates: Range from $300 to $700 per night, depending on unit, length of stay, and time of year

Dog Friendly Homes are for a DOG only.  This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 2.   There is one assigned spot.  Feel Free to Park In Any Empty Space.
