One Bedroom with a Queen and a full Bath with Laundry complete the first floor. Ascend to the second floor and you'll find the Master Bedroom with King, private Bath with tub/shower, sitting area and private balcony to enjoy morning coffee and views of the Bay! There are 2 additional Bedrooms on this floor; one with a Queen and the other with 3 Twins, along with another full Bath with tub/shower.
Outdoor shower and great outdoor space with comfortable deck furniture. A quick walk to the Association beach approximately 300 yards away, and Sandwich Downs is a wonderful neighborhood for simply walking and biking. Beautifully updated with new carpets, fresh paint, furnishings, bedding and new furnace & Central AC.
