This home features an open Living/Dining/Kitchen space area with a working gas fireplace for the cooler months and a 55" 4K Smart TV in the Living area, table seating for 8 in Dining area, and extra seating at the Kitchen island. Fully equipped contemporary Kitchen with granite and stainless. Both a Keurig and 12 cup coffee machine available to start your day off. Convenient first floor Washer/Dryer and full Bath with tub/shower. The 1st floor Bedroom has a Queen and 43" 4K Smart TV.
The Primary Bedroom on the 2nd floor features a King bed, 55" 4K Smart TV, spacious closet and private office space for your remote work needs. The 3rd Bedroom, also on the 2nd floor, includes 3 Twins and a plenty of closets. Additional full Bath on the 2nd floor with tub/shower. All mattresses are hypoallergenic.
AC Wall units in the Living area and each Bedroom keep you cool and comfortable. Feel free to borrow the beach wagon for your day at the beach.
