Just off the kitchen, there is a bright and inviting wraparound porch, complete with a dining table and cozy sitting area—perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing with a good book. Outside, an additional table for outdoor dining offers an ideal spot to take in the breathtaking sunset views over the beach cove, which is just steps from the backyard.

For added comfort, the home is equipped with three window AC units—one in each upstairs bedroom and one in the living room—ensuring a cool and comfortable atmosphere throughout your stay.

With all NEVR properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Our Guest Welcome Bag, compliments of the homeowner, contains starter quantities of kitchen and bathroom essentials, with a few locally sourced snacks as well (subject to change based marketplace availability).

Max parking of cars at property: 2- No parking on lawn anytime.
