Welcome to Beach Bungalow! We’re happy you’ve chosen our cozy beach condo for your vacation and hope your stay is special. You will experience many spectacular sunsets at the beach, nearby walks to all the shops and restaurants downtown, and maybe a round of golf at Harwich Port Golf Club. We hope that your stay is sunny and enjoyable with many happy memories.
Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Follow the sign on Route 28 marking the driveway leading to the tucked away enclave that is Wyndemere Village condominiums. Travel past the common area on the right with plenty of picnic tables set on the lawn beside the inground pool and the single story story building ahead houses unit #23. The convenient parking space located at the top of the short path leading to the front door of Beach Bungalow allows for easy unloading of the items you will need for your stay.
Enter the unit and you will be in the open floorplan, consisting of the kitchen and living room. The kitchen on your left runs the length of the wall and provides a counter height refrigerator, electric stove, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. There is plenty of counterspace to use when preparing or unpacking meals and the freedom to dine in the living room or outside on one of the picnic tables.
The living room offers a comfortable couch beneath a ceiling fan and a large flat screen TV with streaming capabilities and cable as well. Sit on the couch beneath the window to enjoy a book in the daylight or cuddle up for a movie at night.
In the neighboring space on the other side of the living room wall is the sleeping area with Queen sized bed, nightstands and booklights on both sides of the bed and a floor fan to provide a nice breeze at night. Across from the foot of the bed is open closet space with hangers and the door to the full bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Please note: This unit includes a ceiling fan in the living room and a oscillating floor fan in the bedroom but no air conditioning.
Immediately outside of the front door is a small patio with seating to enjoy people watching or just a beautiful Cape day/night. Across from the front of the unit is the inground pool - unheated and fully surrounded by fencing for safety. The aforementioned lawn area with picnic tables is the perfect place for those who don't choose to swim but want to supervise the little ones as they enjoy the pool. And, for days when you take the three to five minute walk to the private beach at the end of the road, there is a fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water to use to rinse off.
All that Harwich Port has to offer is nearby! Enjoy local restaurants, bars and stores day or night while staying in this home.
