Welcome to 37 Clam Shell Chatham - Slow M'Ocean! This quaint neighborhood with a handful of homes is waiting for you. A short walk will take you to the beach for clamming and Outermost Harbor. Just a half mile up the road visit Chatham Lighthouse (a real working Lighthouse) and Chatham Lighthouse Beach, an awesome place to take long walks along the sandy shores. Only 1.3 miles walk to the quaint village of Chatham. Linens (bed sheets, bath/beach/kitchen towels) are included with this home. Central A/C and Wifi throughout to keep you cool and connected.
Entrance to this home is up the stairs from the ground floor level next to the garage. As you take your first steps into the living space, you'll notice right away how bright and open this home is. The main level boasts an open concept floorplan with light wood, beachy decor and windows with views everywhere! The living room is set up perfectly for catching up with your group or catching the baseball game on the large, flat screen SmartTV over the gas fireplace (for off season use only). This space is open to the two dining areas - a breakfast nook perfect for the younger set overlooking the back deck and the kitchen bar with room for five.
