Welcome to “The Blue Hydrangea”.  We fell in love with this cottage and had to have it.  This winter we are renovating the property.  A brand new kitchen (all appliances and granite counters), two completely modernized bathrooms, a new master bedroom king size bed, a sleep sofa in the loft, 100% of the property completely re-painted and more……..it is going to be more beautiful than ever.   The back yard still has the private deck and outdoor fireplace, along with a great outdoor shower and gas grill.  One minute walk to a stunning private beach.   Ten minute drive to Harwichport or downtown Chatham.  This private small community is amazing…….and so convenient to everything.   We have outfitted the house with everything you could possibly need.  Come see why we love it……..you will too.

This family friendly, fun beach house is a must for your Cape Cod getaway!  Central air conditioning, new window treatments, hardwood floors throughout, WIFI and plenty of space to gather inside and out.  

You don't have to look very far to understand why this home is called The Blue Hydrangea!  The "official" Cape Cod flower is evident throughout the lush front and backyards.

Enter this home directly into the dining and kitchen area.  Blue are white decor bring the coastal feel to life.  As you enter the open concept living area you see the dining table for six - the accessible kitchen with whimsical blue countertops and plenty of room within the bead board cabinetry.  A fully equipped kitchen ready for any meals you want to make inside!

The living room has plenty of comfy seating around the gas fireplace and flat screen television.

On this main level are two bedrooms with two twins in each - Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 both have dressers and ample closet space.  Bathroom #1, a full bathroom with shower is located in the hallway between the bedrooms.  Laundry closet with stackable washer and dryer are provided for you convenience.

As you go upstairs, the loft area is great "chill out" space for reading or watching TV on the cozy couch (which opens to a full sofa bed) - catch up on email at the desk provided for remote working or learning - or just gaze out the windows and the perfect setting.

Bedroom #3 has a king bed and ensuite Bathroom #2 full with not only a shower but also a sunken tub!  Double closets and dressers for all your beach attire round out the room.  Sliders to your balcony overlooking the back yard makes this bedroom extra special.

The outside is as family friendly as the inside with a beautiful yard! A large deck with two tables and chairs - one seats 4 and the other is a bistro table for 2.  Gas grill is awesome for cooking outside - we see a barbecue night in your future!  You can end the night hanging around the gas fire pit while the kids catch lightning bugs!  Don't forget to use the outdoor shower after a day at the private beach just a short walk from the house - it's a Cape Cod tradition!

Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included:  Contains 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, a sponge, and a starter amount of bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. A few locally sourced snacks are included as well (subject to change based marketplace availability). 

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home! 
Max parking of cars at property: 2 - No parking on lawn anytime.  
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.
