Simply a beautiful waterfront beach cottage, freshly updated, with gorgeous views of East Sandwich Beach from the expansive deck. While there may not be air conditioning in this home, the ocean breeze is sure to cool you off.

Enter through the side door of the property into the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, standard drip coffee pot and stackable washer/dryer next to the fridge. The living and dining area are found off of the kitchen. Open concept with wood floors, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans and a TV. Sliders in the living room lead onto the deck in the back of the house. Easy one level living, complemented by comfortable furnishings and a modern kitchen.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with TV (cable) and nightstand.
Bedroom 2: Full Bed with TV (no streaming or cable) and dresser
Bedroom 3: Twin Bunk Beds with dresser and additional chairs for seating.

Strict occupancy limit of 5 in this cottage with limited parking for only 2 cars. (Fireplace and Loft not for use please). 

NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home! 
Max parking of cars at property: 2 - No parking on dune anytime.
