We love so many things about our home! The fact that the pool and tennis courts are a short walk away is a huge plus. We enjoy evening dinners on the patio and all the space to comfortably spread out when needed. 

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
This home is in a residential association sub-division. It is close to beaches, restaurants, and downtown. The association includes a community pool & tennis court (only 130 steps from your door!). It offers Central AC, free WIFI, a garage, a finished lower level with climate control, main floor laundry, & a private patio with a gas grill. This home comfortably sleeps 10 people in beds (not sleeper sofas).

Step through the front door and the living room is on the right. This open living area has wood floors, a gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and French doors to the private patio. The living room flows into the dining area with seating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and granite countertops. The washer/dryer is conveniently located in a hall off the kitchen. Guests are invited to use one side of the garage for a single car, bikes, or extra storage.

To the left of the living area is a half bath in the foyer and door to Bedroom #1. This bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Upstairs is a loft area used as a den and remote workspace, with comfortable seating for watching the TV. On the left side of the loft area is Bedroom #2 with a king-sized bed. The Jack and Jill style Bathroom #2 is a tub/shower combo and is shared between the open loft space and Bedroom #2. 

The finished lower level has its own climate control and air circulation system to stay dry and cool. Bedroom #3 is on this level and has 2 queen-sized beds. Bathroom #3 is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lower level also includes another living area with seating and a TV as well as a game room. The game room holds 2 twin beds for additional sleeping space.  

There are 5 flat screen TVs in this home for everyone in your family to enjoy!

Although this home has a two-car garage - only one spot is available for guest use. Park a car or extra bikes, beach stuff, etc. There is parking for 2 smaller cars outside of the unit in the driveway. There is limited visitor parking for the complex around the corner on John Gilpin Lane at the wider end of the road - if you have more cars during your stay that need to be parked overnight, you can use the lot in town at the end of Main Street Chatham. 

**Most NEVR Pools/Hot Tubs are open from Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend. Please feel free to check with NE Vacation Rentals and the home info -- to confirm exact dates when the pool and/or hot tub is opened or closed for the season**  Pool closes in early October.

Conveniently located – just steps to Pate’s restaurant, 1 mile to town, .9 to Oyster Pond Beach, and short drive to Harding's Beach!

Max parking of cars at property: 3, one spot in the garage, two smaller cars can be fit into the driveway - No parking on lawn anytime.
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.
