Upper Level features Den with 50" flat screen TV (including sports package w/Red Sox) and primary bedroom with a private balcony. Lower level offers full Bath and 4th bedroom w/Double bed, sitting area, sleep sofa & TV. Laundry room with a washer and dryer, utility sink for your use.

A studio guest cottage on the property rents separately, and can be combined with the main house rental.

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home!
