The outdoor patio on the water side of the cottage offers picnic table, adirondack chairs & charcoal grill, perfect spot for a barbeque after a long day at the beach. 2 Window AC units, one in the main living area and one in the Master Bedroom. 

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home! 
Max parking of cars at property: 2 - No parking on dune anytime.
