Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels)

Welcome to The Cape House! Dog Friendly Coastal, home offering central air, WIFI and plenty of room for the family. This Cape Cod Vacation Rental in Chatham has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms on the main floor and a fully finished lower level game/family room with extra sleeping. Deeded access to Oyster Pond (with distant water views) at the end of the lane and easy walk to downtown Chatham.

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Be delighted with open style living! As you walk in the front door you enter the open living room with flat screen TV. Through the spacious living room is the kitchen and dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with an eat-in dining area and has a door to the deck and backyard. The deck has a dining set with gas grill. The yard has plenty of room for the kids to play, extra seating, and an enclosed outdoor shower. The grill master in the group will enjoy cooking up some burgers and chicken, while the kids kick a ball around and the adults sip on their favorite beverage. With a mix of sun and shade everyone is sure to be pleased.

To the right of the living area is a hallway. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed. To the left is Bathroom #1 with a tub/shower combo. Further down the hall is Bedroom #2 with a Queen bed and Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed and a trundle with two twin beds.

The finished lower level has a family/game room with a Queen sleep sofa, flat screen TV and a small ping pong table for kids. There is also Bathroom #2, another full bathroom with a shower and the washer/dryer is on this level as well.

It's an easy stroll to the end of the road where you will find deeded access right onto Oyster Pond! The public beach and Chatham village are just a half mile up the street!

DOG FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only.  This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night.  With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 nightly fee.  A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.  
Max parking of cars at property: 3. No parking on lawn anytime. 
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.
