Comfortable Cape Cod home with an outdoor patio and a fire pit.  Walk to a beautiful beach in 7 minutes – walk to town in 3.  (Never get in your car!)  The front faces a quiet cul-de-sac, perfect for bicycles or just a stroll, and a front-yard garden for your enjoyment.

3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. There is one bedroom downstairs with a new king bed, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom (2) has 2 twin beds. Bedroom (3) offers 1 queen bed. There is also a full bathroom upstairs with a tub and shower. A/C in living area and upstairs bedrooms.

Washer and dryer are located in the basement.

There is a sunny outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and beach sand. The patio is equipped with table and chairs - lovely for outside dining, including an umbrella for daytime meals.  Be sure to enjoy the patio lights to extend the fun into the night hours.

The location is perfect for an evening stroll around the quiet neighborhood or treat yourself to an ice cream at Dairy Queen which is also a short walk away.
