The first floor offers Living Room with hardwood floors, fireplace and TV, updated Kitchen with freshly painted cabinets, tile floors and new appliances. This level also includes 2 Bedrooms, a Full bath and the Breezeway which serves as the Dining area.

The second floor offers 2 oversized Bedrooms and another full Bath. Exit the breezeway to access the patio and backyard outfitted with patio furniture for outside dining, enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill. 4 window AC units to keep you comfortable, one in each Bedroom. Your small pet may be considered here too!

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only.  This home allows 1 dog for a $25 per night fee.  With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee.  A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.  
Max parking of cars at property: 3 - No parking on dune anytime.
