The Salt Pond Visitor Center on Cape Cod is the main center for all of the Cape Cod National Seashore. It is located smack dab in the middle of the eastern shore of Cape Cod and as such, if offers amazing views of the surrounding areas. From here, you can find countless opportunities to take guided tours and see the beauty that surrounds through a unique perspective. There is a beautiful indoors theatre, where you can catch up to five films every day. A well-stocked bookstore offers the perfect place for you to relax between your adventures and learn about the history of this amazing peninsula. There is also a museum, which gives insight into the history of the cape as you can find nowhere else. You can enjoy all of the Salt Pont Visitor Center from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., daily.

Much of what the visitor center offers is free, while certain things like the museum and theatre require a small fee of admission. Nonetheless, you will want to make sure that you stop by to start your Cape Cod adventure.
