On the main level, you’re greeted by an open-concept living room and kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy. Off the kitchen, a door leads to the upper deck, complete with an outdoor dining area - perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening meals.

Down the hallway, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms and a shared full bathroom:

Head downstairs to the lower level, where an additional spacious living room awaits, featuring a large TV for movie nights or game days. You'll also find a washer and dryer and a full bathroom on this floor.

A fully enclosed outdoor shower offers the perfect rinse-off after beach days, and the surrounding lawn spaces create plenty of room for kids to play or for friendly yard game tournaments.

At the front of the home, gather around the large fire pit with Adirondack chairs- an ideal spot for s’mores, stargazing, and unwinding after a fun-filled day.
