Available Off Season! Family friendly home in quiet neighborhood South of Route 28. A short drive to Barnstable beaches, restaurants, shopping and golf. Cape SeaTreat offers lots of room for families to spread out with 3 bedrooms, a loft with extra sleeping and 2.5 bathrooms. Large yard with deck is a great spot for soaking in the sun on a fall day. This home is perfect for those off season getaways when the beaches are still warm (no sticker needed from Labor Day to Memorial Day), the traffic is gone and everything is open and welcoming to our Cape Cod guests. A/C if it gets warm and free wifi round out the amenities.

Conveniently located in the middle of Cape Cod, in a calm residential neighborhood, this home is a perfect location for a comfortable and affordable vacation for a big family and a perfect launching pad to explore everything that Cape Cod has to offer. Immaculately maintained and recently updated, it sleeps up to 7 people comfortably, has 3 bedrooms (king bed in the master, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom, and a bunk-bed with an additional trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom), 2.5 bathrooms, laundry/dryer, a large loft with a 3-way game table, a couch and a futon bed; a living room, lounge room and dining room; 2 TVs, and outdoor rinse off shower. The rooms are individually temperature controlled. The deck, surrounded by lush garden and Cape’s oak and pine forest, has a lot of seating and a grill.
It is only 9 minutes from Craigsville Beach, one of the few sandy and truly warm public water beaches on the Cape. Whether you are looking to spend your day on a lake or ocean beach, biking along rail trails, spending a day at a water park, going out to eat on Hyannis Main Street, watching a sunset and flying kites, going deep-sea fishing, taking a ferry to one of the islands – this home is your welcoming base to return to, all year long!
The house is welcoming to people with disabilities, providing one-floor living and an adult-sized crib-bed. ADA removable ramp to get over 2 steps from the garage to the main level can be provided upon request.
The house is available year-round, but has no availability in July and August. It is perfect for family getaways, for holidays and vacations throughout the year.
