Unwind in the comfy Living Room with amazing 65" TV and fireplace, or catch up on work in the privacy of the Office. Two additional Bedrooms on the 2nd floor, with a full Bath on each level.

The fenced in backyard is perfect for your pet, a game of whiffel ball or enjoying smores around the firepit. AC window unit and ceiling fan in each Bedroom to keep you cool. Owner provides high chair, child gate, beach chairs and beach umbrella; all you need is bikes and flip flops for a memorable week on the Cape.

If you crave the waves, the ocean beaches and boardwalk are just 9 miles away, as is historic downtown Sandwich. Explore the shops & restaurants, museums & gardens, bike path & harbor and of course mini golf & ice cream! Just around the corner from the Town skate park and bi-weekly Flea Market.

NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only.  This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee.  With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee.  A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.  
Max parking of cars at property: 6 - No parking on dune anytime.
